Choosing the positive as the focus of inquiry

• Identify core team. A Project Team forms consisting of members of your orga­ni­zation and Unison consul­tants. Key stake­holders are identified.
• Plan process approach. Intro­duces the Project Team and key stake­holders to the theory and practice behind our process.
• Develop a prelim­inary project strategy. Project Team planning covers timing, partic­i­pation and resources.
