  • Channel rediscovered energies to build action plans supporting the new knowledge, environment and opportunities.
  • Define the deliverables that match your target audience needs (customer experiences and touchpoints: collateral, Web site, advertising, customer service).
  • Design planning and approvals. Develop branding and experience design specifications, a preliminary budget and timeline for design and launch of the new strategy.
  • Monitor team progress.
  • Customer focus groups test the design concepts.
